Shipping policy

The processing time is currently 4-6 weeks + delivery time.
This waiting period is an estimate and could change at any time, so please contact us if you are concerned about the time frame. Thank you all for your patience!

We ship Monday to Saturday.
We offer free standard shipping on domestic orders of $50 and over within the contiguous 48 United States of America, along with Hawaii and Alaska.

US shipments are via US Postal Service 1st Class and Priority, with estimated 3-5 days of delivery.

All of our items are carefully packaged and sent in a bubble mailer envelope. We use the most economical way possible unless special instructions were given.

International shipments are via US Postal Service First Class Air (please note that while estimated delivery dates are 7-10 days, our experience is that some packages take 3-5 weeks due to customs and the international climate).

Please understand that we are not responsible for postal or customs delays, as well that we have no control over US or international customs for items that got stuck in customs.

Buyers may be subject to customs duties or taxes on items shipped from overseas. These charges are the buyers responsibility and must be covered by them.

Orders are not insured. If you would like to have your package insured against loss or damage, please send us a message and ask for insured shipping and we will send you an invoice for the difference.

Orders paid using eChecks will not be sent until the eCheck clears.
